Should Apple be entitled to help the government or not?

I do not think that Apple should be entitled to help the government but, given the circumstances that they are under, I think that it is wrong that they refuse to help the government. I do not think that American rights should apply to someone who has terrorized American people and Apple should not be able to use that as an excuse.
